France: Seizure of valuable works of art from Morocco

In France, Sète customs seized valuable works of art from Morocco without supporting documents.

Eight masterpieces, a statue and an ancient sword. These are the works of art that the customs brigade intercepted during the inspection of a ferry from Morocco, reports Free Midiadding that these objects were stored in a transporter’s van. Their value is estimated at several tens of thousands of euros. These works of art have been consigned, pending an appraisal.
