Food poisoning: Morocco put to the test by fast food

MP Hanane Atarguine, from the Authenticity and Modernity Party (PAM) parliamentary group, asked the Minister of the Interior to take measures to strengthen controls in restaurants and fast food establishments in order to reduce cases of food poisoning and improve food safety.

“The restaurant and fast food sector is one of the most important economic sectors, and its activity has seen significant development in recent years, due to the constant increase in the population and changes in society’s eating habits,” Hanane Atarguine recalled in her written question addressed to Abdelouafi Laftit.
