Fez: a metamorphosis in progress

In view of the co-organisation of the 2030 World Cup by Morocco alongside Spain and Portugal, Fez is working on its renewal. This is evidenced by the unveiling by FIFA of the map of the city’s organisation for the major sporting event.

Fez will undergo a reform revolution before the African Cup of Nations (CAN 2025) and the 2030 World Cup. At least, this is what the map of the organization of the city of Fez for the 2030 World Cup, published by the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) shows. A transformation that involves the implementation of a set of major projects aimed at strengthening infrastructure and developing services in the city. These projects include initiatives in the areas of transport, infrastructure and sustainable development.
