Fatal drownings in Ouarzazate

While on an excursion, two young men drowned Saturday in the Al-Mansour Ad-Dhabi dam in Ouarzazate. Five other young people survived this tragedy.

The seven young men, originally from the douars of the commune of Aït Sedrate Sahl El Gharbia, near Kelaat M’Gouna, decided to take a ride on the dam with an abandoned boat found on site. A few minutes later, the boat began to take on water and eventually sank, leading to the death by drowning of two young men, local sources indicate to Al3omk.
