Emotion in Casablanca after the death of three pregnant women in a clinic

Three pregnant women died in a private clinic in Casablanca during childbirth on Wednesday January 8, 2025. A tragedy which plunged the city into turmoil. The Moroccan Organization for Human Rights is calling for an investigation to be opened.

“The three women, including a 23-year-old young woman who was expecting her first child, had entered the clinic in good health, but died without any clear explanation from the clinic administration or medical staff,” indicates the Moroccan human rights organization in a press release. Shocked, she asks the health and judicial authorities to open an immediate and exhaustive investigation to determine the true causes of these deaths and to hold responsible all those who showed negligence or were involved in this matter.
