Drama in the Netherlands: 25-year-old Moroccan shot dead by his neighbour

In the Netherlands, a 25-year-old Moroccan man died of his injuries after being hit by several bullets fired by his Dutch neighbour.

The incident occurred on the night of Wednesday 10 July in the Stampersgat region in the south of the Netherlands, near the town of Roosendaal, amid a neighbourhood dispute. A 55-year-old Dutchman opened fire on his Moroccan neighbour, Hamza, a 25-year-old. The latter was talking on the phone as he was returning home. The shots were fired after he hung up. According to local residents, shots were heard near the fifty-year-old’s house after midnight.
