Dounia Batma: we know her release date from prison

Sentenced to one year in prison in the “Hamza Mon Bb” case, Moroccan artist Dounia Batma is due to be released in January 2025 after his request for a royal pardon was reportedly unsuccessful.

Accused of electronic defamation and disclosure on social networks of personal information targeting public figures via the Hamza Mon Bb account, Dounia Batma was arrested in Casablanca and sentenced to one year in prison by the Marrakech court.
