Domestic flights in Morocco: Ryanair challenges Air Arabia
Ryanair and Air Arabia are engaged in fierce competition in Morocco. The two airlines, authorized to operate domestic flights in the kingdom, are trying to dominate the local market by offering quality services at low costs.
Ryanair wants to strengthen its presence in Morocco. The low-cost airline, which announced the launch of 11 new domestic routes in the kingdom as part of its summer schedule, plans to invest $1.4 billion to operate 14 aircraft in Morocco and carry more than 5 million passengers, an increase of 33% compared to the previous year.
