Cockroaches on a plane? Royal Air Maroc responds

The information published by a British newspaper about the invasion of cockroaches on a Royal Air Maroc (RAM) plane flying from Casablanca to Manchester on August 15th has proven to be false. Here is the explanation from the Moroccan company.

While Royal Air Maroc (RAM) flight AT818 from Casablanca airport landed in Manchester on time at 5.20pm on Thursday 15th August, with over 100 British holidaymakers on board, by 7pm some arriving passengers were still waiting for their luggage due to a cockroach infestation in the hold of the Moroccan airline’s Boeing 737, it has been reported The Independentspecifying that some of the luggage of the 100 passengers taken to Manchester was returned to Morocco.
