Cockroach alert: Royal Air Maroc flight turns into nightmare

A strange discovery was made on a Royal Air Maroc (RAM) plane from Casablanca to Manchester (United Kingdom).

While the national airline’s flight AT818 from Casablanca airport landed in Manchester on time at 5.20pm on Thursday 15th August, with over 100 British holidaymakers on board, by 7pm some arriving passengers were still waiting for their luggage. “When I checked my AirTag, I found that my suitcase was in Manchester. After 90 minutes of waiting in the baggage hall, with no luggage and no communication, the nature of the problem was revealed,” Karen Gee, a traveller told The IndependentShe added: “Apparently the aircraft’s hold contained a cockroach infestation and as a result no staff were allowed near it for health and safety reasons.”
