Chouaib, from swimming to Sebta to the quest for a Michelin star
Chouaib Marssou, an 18-year-old Moroccan, is a fine example of perseverance. While he left his native Tetouan at the age of 13 to swim to Sebta, he managed to become an experienced chef who aims for a Michelin star. A dream come true.
When he left Tetouan, Chouaib had only one goal in mind: to become the best chef in the world. In a recent interview with the agency EFEhe tells his story since his arrival in Spain and how he managed to achieve his goal, through effort and sacrifice. The young Moroccan was awarded the Sol Repsol a few days ago, a prize that rewards effort. Chouaib does not intend to stop at this distinction. He is already aiming for a Michelin star.
