Casablanca unveils its infrastructure plan

Casablanca is actively preparing to host the African Cup of Nations (CAN 2025) and the 2030 World Cup. This is evidenced by the conventions relating to the strengthening of infrastructure approved by the Council of the Casablanca-Settat region.

The Council of the Casablanca-Settat region is working hard to ensure the success of the organization of CAN 2025 and the 2030 World Cup. During its extraordinary session in January held last Thursday, the Council of the region of Casablanca-Settat approved 50 points out of a total of 51 on the agenda, including several conventions. Among these, numerous conventions relating to the sporting field. One of these agreements concerns a partnership with the Ministry of National Education, Preschool and Sports, the Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication, the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF) and the Bouskoura municipal council.
