Casablanca sells (cheap) its villas

The city of Casablanca plans to sell its land assets at auction, including villas whose monthly rent is too low and which do not bring significant resources to the municipality.

The Casablanca municipal council has included the sale of several properties, including villas, on the agenda for its next session scheduled for October, reports Assabaspecifying that the councilors will have to authorize the public auction of a first batch of land titles during this meeting.
