Casablanca: a road network of 5.1 billion dirhams to improve traffic flow
The Casablanca-Settat Regional Council adopted during its ordinary session held on Monday an agreement to connect the future road network of Benslimane and Mohammedia Grand stadium of Casablanca under construction as part of the 2030 World Cup.
Worth 5.1 billion dirhams, this agreement provides for the construction of road infrastructure to facilitate traffic flow towards the Grand Stade de Casablanca, on the north and west sides, as well as work on the highways. The project will be financed by the regional council to the tune of 500 million dirhams and by the ADM to the tune of 400 million dirhams. The largest contribution is provided by the Ministry of Economy (2.2 billion dirhams) and the Ministry in charge of Equipment and Water (1.9 billion dirhams), it is reported Media24.
