Bocuse d’Or, pastry, caterers: Morocco in the final in Lyon

Morocco is selected for the finals of three culinary competitions, namely the Bocuse d’Or, the World Pastry Cup, and the World Caterers’ Cup, during the prestigious Salon Sirha scheduled in Lyon from January 23 to 27.

Moroccan teams will participate in the world finals of the Bocuse d’Or, the World Pastry Cup, and the World Caterers Cup. They won their ticket for the final phase of these competitions at the end of the Official Chefs Tournament (TOC Africa), held on September 12 and 13 in Marrakech. Through this performance, they “demonstrate the excellence and innovation of their know-how on the international scene”, we underline in a press release.
