Big real estate scam in Marrakech

Faced with the inability of a real estate developer to deliver its clients’ apartments for several years, the latter stormed a residential complex near the Al Massira district in Marrakech to express their frustration and denounce what they consider to be a scam.

The property developer’s delay of several years in handing over the apartments prompted the affected customers to take action against him. The victims staged a sit-in inside the residential complex to demand their properties from the developer. Fearing that the situation would escalate, the developer alerted local authorities and the police, who quickly rushed to the scene to maintain order.
