Bank Al-Maghrib validates the acquisition of Société Générale Maroc by Saham

Bank Al-Maghrib has just granted the Saham group the final authorization required for the takeover of Société Générale Maroc.

“The final authorization necessary for Saham to finalize its acquisition of the Moroccan subsidiary of Société Générale has been obtained,” reveals Media24specifying that “Saham has all the authorizations for the finalization of the acquisition of 57.67% of the capital of Société Générale Marocaine de Banques (SGMB). The logical continuation is the closing of the operation. A closing which will be signed at the beginning of December in Casablanca.”
