Bad news: fuel prices in Morocco will soar

Bad news for Moroccan motorists. Fuel prices will increase from January 1, 2025.

After a significant drop in prices in the final days of 2024, the tide is about to turn for motorists and consumers. From January 1, 2025, the price of diesel could increase by around 20 cents and that of gasoline could increase by 17 cents, according to Eco Inspirations. If confirmed, this would be the second increase in a month. Diesel had meanwhile increased by 20 cents, and gasoline by 10 cents.
