King Mohammed VI on Sunday expressed his “sympathy and solidarity” with Donald Trump, who was the victim of a shooting attack on Saturday during a rally in the town of Butler (Pennsylvania).

Mohammed VI expressed his deep sadness at the “horrible assassination attempt” against the former American president and candidate for the next presidential election in the United States. “My thoughts and prayers are with you, Mr. President, your family, as well as the innocent victims of this deplorable act,” he said in a message relayed by the MAP.
