Arrested in Marrakech, a Frenchman soon to be extradited

A French national of Algerian origin, aged 38, was arrested Monday evening in Marrakech. Moroccan authorities suspect him of being involved in a money laundering network.

The operation, carried out jointly by the Marrakech police and the General Directorate of Territorial Surveillance (DGST), made it possible to arrest the individual in the Chrifia district.
