Anis, 15, killed in a shooting in Poitiers

A 15-year-old teenager, Anis, was shot and killed Thursday evening at Place de Coimbra in Poitiers, in the Couronneries district. The tragedy occurred around 10:45 p.m., when a man opened fire on a group of young people seated in front of a snack bar.

Four other teenagers were injured. The alleged attacker would be an individual in his twenties who had recently arrived in the neighborhood and was seeking to establish himself in drug trafficking, reports the New Republic.
