Algerian television insults Moroccans

Algerian television caused outrage on social networks by insulting participants in the Moroccan Green March.

In a report, Algerian public television sparked a heated controversy by using insulting terms to describe the participants in the Green March, a major historical event in Morocco. The Moroccans who took part in this peaceful march were described as “hungry, barefoot, mercenaries”, comments considered outrageous and beyond all acceptable limits.
