Air traffic: historic record for Moroccan airports

According to statistics from the National Airports Office (ONDA), the number of passengers continued to soar at Moroccan airports. They welcomed a new record number of passengers.

Moroccan airports have recorded a new passenger record. In total, 15,104,579 passengers were welcomed during the first six months of 2024, up 19% compared to the same period a year earlier, the National Airports Office (ONDA) said in a press release, adding that this development concerns the majority of airports, including Rabat-Salé (+40%), Agadir (+34%), Marrakech (+29%), Tetouan (+23%), Tangier (+21%) and Fez (+12%).
