Acceleration of work on the future Kenitra-Marrakech TGV



The extension project of the Kenitra-Marrakech high-speed line (LGV) has entered its active phase. The National Railways Office (ONCF) has just launched the works of engineering structures and the restoration of communication between the Rabat Agdal and Ain Atiq stations.


Costing 72.7 million dirhams, these works will be carried out in the area “located between these two stations, on the Casablanca-Sidi Kacem railway line”, indicates the daily. Eco Inspirationsspecifying that “the purpose of this contract is to define the conditions of execution, reception and payment of services relating to the completion of civil engineering works and the restoration of communication between Rabat Agdal and Aïn Atiq”. The works should be completed within ten months.
