Abduction and heinous murder of a Moroccan in Ukraine

Kiev police have arrested several individuals involved in the kidnapping and murder of a young Moroccan man from whom they extorted a large sum of money.

A heinous crime in the Solomiansky district in the south-west of kyiv. Residents of an apartment building heard screams and saw several unknown persons beating and forcing a man of Moroccan origin into a car. The man was murdered and his body was later buried in a forest. Alerted, the Kiev police launched a special operation to search for and arrest the kidnappers. The operation mobilized all police patrols, as well as investigators from the main departments and Solomiansky. The investigations proved successful: the police managed to identify the individuals involved in the abduction of the 29-year-old Moroccan. They were four men, aged 24 to 29. Law enforcement officers, in coordination with the KORD special task force, arrested all the suspects.
