A tropical storm in Morocco?

The General Directorate of Meteorology under the Ministry of Equipment and Water has denied rumors announcing a tropical storm in Morocco in the coming days and, by extension, the end of the severe drought that has affected the kingdom for several years.

Morocco’s weather conditions “remain normal, except for some heavy thunderstorms, for which a general alert bulletin has been issued concerning the situation on Wednesday and Thursday,” reassured the head of the communications department at the meteorology department.
