A Tangier-Istanbul flight interrupted by a drunk passenger

An Air Arabia flight linking Tangier to Istanbul had an eventful evening. On Saturday evening, the plane had to make an emergency landing in Tunis due to a pregnant passenger suffering from pain.

While this situation required rapid intervention by Tunisian medical teams, it was also marked by a more unexpected incident. A passenger, clearly under the influence of alcoholdisrupted the flight by demanding to be able to smoke. This behavior forced the crew, made up of Tunisian nationals, to request the intervention of the police.
