A real road to the Agafay desert (Marrakech), finally!

At a cost of 27 million dirhams, the road development project leading to the Agafay desert will soon enter its active phase. The works, entirely funded by the Council of the Marrakech-Safi region, should start in early February.

The development of this 10 -kilometer length route will start in the coming days. The project takes into account public lighting and road signaling, as well as the doubling of the road leading to the town of Agafay. The feasibility studies of this project have been finalized, it is said.
