A Moroccan player in Belgium’s sights

Zakaria El Ouahdithe talented defender is in the sights of Domenico Tedesco, the coach of the Red Devils, who is looking for a solution at right-back. Tedesco is closely following the player’s performances in the Pro League, where he has established himself as one of the best in his position and is attracting the attention of foreign clubs.

Although having opted for Moroccan sporting nationality several years ago, El Ouahdi has not yet played for the Atlas Lions. Despite a call-up and participation in the Paris Olympic Games with Morocco, he could still wear the Belgian jersey. A possibility which would interest him all the more since he was not included in Walid Regragui’s latest list.
