A Moroccan nightclub at the heart of a scandal in Spain
Spanish police have arrested the organizer of a private party at a Moroccan club banned from members of the LGBTI community.
It all started with a poster announcing the organization of a private party in a Moroccan club in Torremolinos (Málaga), Casa Fátima Ino, also known as the “Luxury Moroccan Club” on Saturday January 18 . “No fights, no drugs, no caps, no flip-flops, no queers,” the poster read. Access to the club is therefore prohibited to homosexuals. On the web, the club does not hesitate to describe members of the LGTBI community as “sick” in several publications. Enough to shock the mayor of this town, Margarita del Cid (PP), as well as several associations which filed a complaint against the organizer of the party.
