A Moroccan business leader sentenced in Gironde



A Moroccan woman and her company specializing in viticulture were sentenced by the Libourne criminal court.

the manager and sole shareholder of Vitilham, a Libourne company created in 2019, was sentenced to two years’ imprisonment on Tuesday, including one year with a two-year probationary suspension with provisional execution and obligation to compensate the civil parties, reports South West. She was also banned from managing or directing a business. His company Vitilham was fined 50,000 euros for human trafficking in Gironde, in the southwest of France.
