A case of espionage for the benefit of Morocco in the Netherlands

Accused of providing classified information in Moroccoan employee of the Dutch counterterrorism service, Abderrahim El M., 65, appeared before the Rotterdam District Court on November 4.

The man of Moroccan origin refused to answer the judges’ questions, saying the confidential nature of his work prevented him from doing so. “I don’t feel comfortable explaining it at this hearing,” he said.
